The Nutrifresh Learning Centre is a 14-day immersive program designed to shape the next generation of progressive farmers and CEA professionals. The initiative cultivates agri-entrepreneurship and encourages the adoption of forward thinking and resource-efficient farming practices, building a growing network of future-ready farmers who represent the evolution of modern agriculture.
Through hands-on training in seed selection, transplanting, polyhouse planning, technology integration, supply chain management, sales and marketing, ESG integration and agri-finance, participants gain practical knowledge that bridges technology and sustainability.
The Cluster Development Program (CDP) enables farmers to transition from conventional farming to modern sustainable cultivation through a set package of practices developed from Nutrifresh’s years of experience.
Nutrifresh guides farmers in establishing their own Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) farms through trainings, technical support and on-ground implementation. It also connects them to Nutrifresh’s integrated supply chain with assured offtake, transparent pricing and access to infrastructure such as cold storage and logistics.
